The Forge is a 12-week behavioural rehabilitation program designed to help those facing the criminal justice system to create a new path forward, break the cycle of substance addiction, family violence, antisocial behaviour to unlock your full potential.
Through a unique combination of coaching, hypnotherapy, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques, The Forge empowers participants to foster lasting personal growth and meaningful change.

This 12-week online program, led by Mark Wadie, offers personalized guidance, transformation, and support. Your initial session serves as a client intake assessment, providing a clear path forward and recommendations for both you and the court. This process is designed to bring clarity to the possibilities for your life and the rehabilitation you can expect from your time in the FORGE program.
Ready to walk a different path? Our program uses advanced techniques to access and unlock the subconscious barriers created by addiction, trauma, and violence allowing you to find lasting freedom and transformation.
Building your own practical tools to reframe negative thoughts and beliefs, fostering healthier thought patterns to improve your life.
Specific sessions as needed with our Senior Drug and Alcohol Counsellor/Clinician to address your addiction issues, manage relapse prevention and ensure your long term recovery. Sessions needed are detailed in the client intake assessment - court recommendations.
Our program helps clients identify and address the underlying causes of violence. By taking responsibility for their actions and triggers, clients learn to let go of the need for control, develop healthy relationship strategies, and create non-violent alternatives for their future.
Regular check-ins, accountability partners, and continuous support to ensure you remain on track.
This commences from the initail intake assessment where you will be asked to make a FORGE program agreement with Mark. Your succeess is founded in this program agreement, listing the boundaries and expectations.
The Client Progress Report provides a comprehensive assessment of the individual’s journey throughout the 12-week program. This detailed report highlights the key milestones, achievements, and behavioural changes that have occurred throughout the 12 week program.
This Client Progress Report is not only a reflection of the client’s personal growth but also a valuable document that can be utilized in legal proceedings. It serves as tangible evidence of the client's commitment to rehabilitation and positive change, demonstrating the efforts made to address underlying behavioural issues and the progress achieved through structured intervention. As such, it can be presented in court as part of a case for reduced sentencing, parole hearings, or to show compliance with court-mandated programs.
The Forge program is designed to foster lasting change, but it requires full commitment and adherence to the following conditions to ensure success:

In addition to the core program elements, The Forge will educate participants on the urgent mental health services and resources available to support their well-being during and after the program. Participants will be made aware of these critical resources and encouraged to utilise them when needed.
