WHAT TO EXPECT 

• To be confident and supported to deliver the easy to follow  I Respect Program to teenage boys and young men. 
• I Respect Program Manual - Easy to follow educator guidebook containing lesson plans, facilitation process guides, tips and resources. 
• To experience and become skilled in powerful facilitation skills (similar to those seen in episode 2 of The Man Up Documentary recently screened on ABC television) that will inspire and motivate boys and men as you deliver the program. Including walk the line, reflective learning circles (yarning circles), the use of a talking stick, accountability buddies, agreement power, noble honouring, warrior listening and emotional literacy. 
• Experiential 1-day training that is reflective, collaborative and transformative. You will be able to generate thoughtful conversation about healthy and respectful manhood to create a culture that values respectful relationships with women, girls and each other. 
• You will be able to inspire boys and men to better support each other while holding themselves to account to take a stand against objectification, harassment, violence, sexual abuse, homophobia and harmful behaviour. 
• It helps create a culture where boys and men are OK to share that they are sometimes not OK and to better support each other emotionally. 
• It encourages supportive and collaborative relationships with other local I Respect participants in your community. 
• It promotes and nurtures positive mentor relationships for teenage boys with good/safe men in the community. It creates a culture where boys want to celebrate and nurture their own unique gifts and talents while honouring others for their own. 

 WE ALSO HAVE PROGRAMS SUITABLE FOR  LEADERS OF ALL GENDER AND FEMALE GROUPS TO INFLUENCE RESPECTFUL RELATIONSHIPS
